Ordering Information
1. Design
Select your card design using the uniquereference shown below each card (e.g. 1G-8FI904W)
2. Quantity
You can order as few as 30 cards of the same design. Special discounts are available on quantities over 1,000 - please ask for details.
3. Greeting
To make your cards extra special, why not choose your own unique greeting for just £20. Alternatively, choose from one of our standard greetings free of charge. If no greeting is selected on the order form, greeting 2 will be used.
4. Typeface
Select from one of our standard typefaces. Should a typeface not be selected, typeface A will be used.
5. Logo's & Signatures
You may add your company logo or signature to the inside of any of our cards for just £20.
Artwork of your choice can be incorporated for an extra charge. Please indicate on the order form the print position required.
Good quality black and white artwork (faxed copies are not suitable) can be incorporated.
Digital artwork can be incorporated. The minimum resolution we can use is 600dpi.
Please supply your digital artwork in one of the following formats, jpeg, pdf, tiff, bmp or eps. We are able to process images from 3.5" floppy disks, CD's, DVD's and 100Mb Zip disks. Please remember to outline all fonts and include logos with quark files and and note that website images are unsuitable.
6. Proofs
If you would like an email proof of your greeting and personal details, please tick the appropriate box on the order form.
7. Ink Colour & Colour Printing
Cards will be printed in flat black ink as standard. However, up to 4 colour digital printing is available at a cost of 70, regardless of quantity. For litho printing or specific Pantone colours, please telephone us for a quote.
8. Personal Details
Cards and calendars can be printed with your name, address, phone number, email address, website or any combination of these. It is our house style to print company names in capital letters and other names in upper and lower case after the word from, with your contact details centred at the foot of the card. If you wish to change this, please mark clearly in the special instructions box on the order form.
9. Front Cover Personalisation
Our range features several cards which are suitable for front cover personalisation. Your name will be printed in a style that best suits the card.
10. Special Instructions
Please make a note of any special instructions in the box provided on the order form. We will always try to accommodate your special requests if at all possible.
11. Handling and Delivery
Your order will be delivered free of charge to one mainland delivery address using a standard delivery service. A signature will be required.
12. Envelopes
All of our cards are supplied with white peel and seal envelopes.
13. Last Order Dates
The last date for ordering is the 15th December 2008.
